RAPID thread repair sets metric

Super ReparaturSatz !

Der Reparatursatz hat mir gut 270€ gespart! Ausreichende Anleitung. Mit einem kleinen wenig handwerklichen Geschick kann man beschädigte Gewinde reparieren.

RAPID GEWINDE-REPARATURSATZ M10x1,25

Ein M10x1,25 Innen-Gewinde an der Gabelfaust zur Befestigung der Bremszange war überdreht. Dank V-Coil Rapid war das kostengünstig zu reparieren. Doch man sollte sehr bedacht und vorsichtig vorgehen bei der Reparatur, sonst wird der Schaden schnell größer. Die Anleitung sehr genau lesen und youtube-Videos anschauen. Das betreffende Bauteil möglichst ausbauen und gut fixieren. Schneidöl verwenden. Die erforderliche Tiefe genau ermitteln. Das Rückstell-Drehmoment des Bohrers und des Gewindeschneiders ist relativ hoch, den Akkuschrauber gut festhalten, das Werkzeug kann leicht verkanten. Die Gewindehülse plus einen halben bis ganzen Gewindegang eindrehen, aber auch nicht zu tief, denn zurück geht nicht. Viel Erfolg!
