TRW Varioflex brake lines are crimped steel braided brake/clutch lines with a length ranging from 25 to 126 cm. In combination with the separately available connectors (see "Matching items"), individual and durable brake and clutch systems can be assembled in no time at all. For all conversions using TRW Varioflex lines, we recommend replacing the banjo bolts on the brakes, clutch, and reservoirs, as well as using new sealing rings.

TRW steel braided lines are maintenance-free and do not age. (Rubber lines, on the other hand, must be replaced approximately every 5 years.)
Varioflex lines have a parts certificate (the line must be entered in the vehicle documents after installation)!
