Super Passform. Sonst habe ich meistens SHOEI Helme gefahren. Dort gibt es aktuell ix vergleichbares. Leise, gute Bedienung. Verstellbarer Schirm ist super. Angenehm zu tragen. Hammer belüftung!! Großes Sichtfeld mit leicht zu bedienbarem Visier.

Kask poprawnie wykonany i wygodny, niestety jest dość ciężki i jego największą wadą jest to że przy zamkniętych wszystkich otworach wentylacyjnych po twarzy wieje zimnym powietrze co dyskwalifikuje ten kask do używania przy chłodniejszej pogodzie. Czy to wada konstrukcyjna czy też tylko mój egzemplarz jest wadliwy okaże się po reklamacji. Nie polecam bo Schuberth przyzwyczaił do wysokiej jakości, C3 i E 1 które używałem były najlepsze w swojej klasie.

Schuberth Adventure Helmet?

My only adventure was trying to return it.

I bought this helmet a few months ago, trusting the 2-year warranty and thinking it would be smarter not to use it until I could afford the SC2 headset. I only wore it for a few days of light city riding, and already the visor mechanism failed.

When I returned to the store, I had the worst customer service experience of my life.

First, I was told to clean the helmet using a dirty cloth they gave me, which only made it worse.

Then they repeatedly took my items to the backroom—out of sight—without explaining what they were doing.

They rejected a return and offered only a repair or replacement from the manufacturer.

In the meantime, I was offered a rental helmet that smelled awful. I declined.

Even if Schuberth eventually repairs or replaces it, I can’t trust the product anymore. A helmet shouldn’t fail after just a few uses.

When I asked if I could at least return the recently purchased SC2 headset, they took that to the backroom too—and then complained about a microscopic scratch. This is not how professional service should be handled. Return inspections should happen in front of the customer, with full transparency.

Fortunately, after my complaint, they did accept the headset return and refunded me. I used that refund to buy a Scorpion ADF-900 TRAIL—a helmet that feels solid, comfortable, and actually adventure-ready.

Big thanks to the person in the helmets department today—the only staff member who treated me professionally and actually knew what they were talking about.

What I learned today:

Don’t let your items disappear into a backroom during a return.

Bring your own microfiber cloth if they ask you to clean something.

Don’t arrive by bike if you’re hoping for a fast resolution.

Expensive doesn’t always mean high quality.

Maybe I was unlucky. But a helmet at this price tag shouldn’t come with this kind of stress.
