Louis has a set of six different motorbike cookie cutters on offer for you. This makes baking fun and coffee tastes even better.

Here is a simple recipe for approx. 300 g of motorbike cookies:
125 g butter
125 g sugar
250 g flour
1 packet vanilla sugar
4 egg yolks
Approx. 1 small cup of milk
Knead the entire mixture with a mixer. The dough should not be sticky; if it is, add a little more milk. Roll out the finished dough on a floured surface and cut out motorbike shapes.
Then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at approx. 180 °C for 5-8 minutes (depending on how light or dark you want them).
