Motorcycle Pastry Cutter, Set Of 6 SET OF 6 PC., MADE OF TIN
Are you having visitors over for coffee, is it your mother-in-law’s birthday, is it Christmas again? It’s always a good idea to have a few biscuits at home. Of course, motorbike biscuits are the order of the day!
Louis has a set of six different motorbike biscuit cutters for you. They make baking fun, and the coffee tastes even better.
Moulds: Chopper, Bobber, Sportler, Tourer, Sport-Tourer, Enduro
Made from tinplate
Food-safe
Not suitable for the dishwasher
Here is a simple recipe for approx. 300 g of motorbike-shaped biscuits:
125 g butter
125 g sugar
250 g flour
1 packet of vanilla sugar
4 egg yolks
Approx. 1 small cup of milk
Knead the entire mixture with a mixer. The dough should not stick; otherwise, add a little more milk. Roll out the finished dough on a floured surface and cut out the motorbikes.
Then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at approx. 180°C for 5 to 8 minutes (light or dark depending on the colour).
