Cylinder Head YZ 85 BLUE 19-
Bud Racing cylinder heads with interchangeable combustion chambers. The cylinder head is supplied with the MX combustion chamber. Bud Racing manufactures cylinder heads for two-stroke engines used in motocross. Drawing on its experience in two-stroke tuning, Bud Racing develops products of the highest quality. The combustion chamber is very easy to change: simply remove the cylinder head, take out the combustion chamber, and you can now swap it out. This makes it very easy to adjust the compression ratio for different tracks and fuels. The combustion chambers are available with different compression ratios. During intensive testing on the racetrack as well as on the test bench, the cylinder head demonstrated improved temperature management within the combustion chamber. This results in a lower engine temperature. The reason for this phenomenon is the use of a special aluminum alloy that offers excellent heat transfer. Another advantage of this material is its resistance to detonation.
