The perfectly fitting carbon fiber rear wheel covers from Ilmberger Carbonparts are made from 100% carbon and are manufactured exclusively in autoclaves. Each accessory has a clear, certified plastic coating and comes with ABE certification.

• The length of the rear wheel cover has been chosen so that not only is the motorbike less prone to dirt, but your shock absorber will also benefit from being protected from stone chips, dirt, and "sandblasting." In particular, the service life of the shock absorber's seals and piston rod is significantly increased by the installation of an efficient rear wheel cover.
• The special shape of the rear wheel cover significantly reduces dirt on the motorbike caused by the rear wheel. The shape of the cover is model-specific, taking into account standard chassis and tire variants. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave in accordance with the latest guidelines and, as is our custom, coated with a clear plastic coating to protect it from environmental influences.
• This plastic coating greatly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores points technically, it also clearly emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
• The wheel covers are delivered completely ready for installation with all necessary mounting parts and ABE valid for Germany.

• As this product has been hand-laminated from carbon fiber mats, the material structure under the smooth surface is not always 100% consistent in places, but this is proof that the item is made of real carbon.
