Sehr schöner und leichter Helm

Der Caberg Freeride Iron ist ein sehr schöner und wertig verarbeiteter Helm mit originellem Design. Eigentlich machte mich der Rusty auf Caberg aufmerksam.
Aber der Iron wirkt dann doch etwas neutraler.
Der Helm ist sehr leicht und im Vergleich zu meinem Integralhelm von Xlite erstaunlich leise.
Druckstellen konnte ich bisher noch nicht feststellen.
Die Schale trägt nicht auf. Das heißt, man wirkt nicht wie Lord Helmchen.
Hinten am unteren Rand aussen hat er eine praktische Lasche um Brillenbänder zu fixieren. Das hat mir bei Bell und FFM gefehlt. Klarer Ausstattungspunkt für Caberg.
Bis Tempo 100 konnte ich bis jetzt mit ihm fahren und er hob noch nicht vom Kopf.

Der Helm ist leicht und bequem, und bis Themo 80 gut zu gebrauchen, leider aber recht Windanfällig, mir haben auf einer längeren Skandinavientour, besonders bei Seitenwind die Augen getränt, da hätte ich dann doch lieber meinen Integralhelm gehabt.
Wäre der Luftzug nicht wäre er top, für kleinere Fahren im Sommer und grade für Brillenträger ist er sonst gut zu gebrauchen.

Issue 21-2015
"Motorrad" magazine tested various exotic helmets in its 21-2015 issue. The Caberg Freeride was rated "GOOD". The following features were given special mention:
- Very easy to put on and take off
- Relatively lightweight
- Well padded chin strap
- Highly suitable for spectacle wearers
- Good fit
- Comfortable to wear
- No pressure points
- Relatively quiet
- Visor: optically perfect, easy to operate, extremely large field of view
- Absolutely draught-free

(Six of the twelve helmets tested were rated Good, and one was judged "Very Good")

Issue 7-2015
"Motorradfahrer" magazine tested three retro helmets in its 7-2015 issue. The Caberg Freeride was the only one to be awarded a REISEMOTORRAD RECOMMENDATION. The following features were given special mention:
